By creating an account or using Zenvyro, you agree to these terms with TechSeeCo.

Service

Zenvyro provides scheduled website health checks and alerts. We do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring or that every outage will be detected. Free and paid plans have different feature limits.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not monitor targets you are not authorized to check.

Billing

Paid plans may be purchased via Razorpay or invoiced for Business. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service (excessive API use, scanning unrelated infrastructure, malware hosting, or spam). We may suspend accounts that harm the platform or others.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechSeeCo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from undetected downtime.
